Please review these policies carefully as they are the terms of sale that govern your purchases at Catizone.com. They set out your rights and obligations with respect to your purchases, including important limitations and exclusions, such as those in Omni product warranties. Your placement of an order at the Catizone.com constitutes your agreement that these policies apply to the order, so be certain you understand them before you place your order.

We will accept returns for thirty (30) days after purchase. If you are dissatisfied with the Omni Product give customer service a call (617.548.4444) and then ship it back to us. We will reimburse you for the cost of the product.

Please note there are limitations on your right to return and obtain a refund for products. Discounted benches and desks are not refundable. All sales final.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

We will not refund when Product is Damaged or Disfigured or when it is Custom Configured to your specifications.
